Order Tracking

Tracking your order

Every order has a tracking page showing its current stage: confirmed, preparing, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered.

The link to that page is in your order confirmation email and in every status email after it. If you have an account, all of your orders are listed under My orders in your profile.

Courier tracking

Once your parcel is with a courier, the courier's name and tracking number appear on the same page where available.

If your order has not arrived
