Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order after payment has been verified.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable, where the price was listed in error, or where payment cannot be verified. If we do, we refund you in full.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability can change without notice. We work to keep product information accurate, but descriptions and stock figures for our wider catalogue are not always perfect. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund you.

Where a product shows a struck-through price, that figure is the recommended retail price, not a price we previously charged.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access other customers' data, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Reviews

Reviews can only be submitted by customers who have actually bought the product. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or that appear to be fake.
