What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number.
• Order details: delivery address, order contents, and the delivery location you confirm on the map at checkout.
• Payment metadata: the payment reference, the result, and - only if you choose to save a card - the provider's token, card brand and last four digits.
• Usage data needed to run the site, such as your bag contents and recently viewed products.

What we do not store

We never store full card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. Those are handled entirely by our payment provider.

Why we use it

• To take payment for and deliver your orders.
• To send you transactional messages about your order and account.
• To verify your email address or phone number when you create an account.
• To answer your support enquiries.
• To send marketing email, only if you have subscribed.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the services that operate the store: our payment provider, our email provider, our hosting and database providers, and the courier delivering your order. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can update your details in your account, unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing message, and request deletion of your account by contacting us.
