Payment Policy

How you can pay

We accept debit and credit cards and bank transfer through our payment provider, Flutterwave. You can also pay using your Velunora Cashbox balance where it covers the order total.

If you choose to save a card for next time, we store only the payment provider's token and the last four digits for display. We never see or store your full card number, expiry or security code.

Currency

Prices are set in Nigerian naira. If you pay with an international card, the amount may be converted to US dollars at the rate shown at checkout before you confirm.

Payment security

Card details are entered on the payment provider's own secure page, not on this website.

An order is only marked as paid once the payment has been confirmed directly with the payment provider on our server. A success message in your browser alone is never enough to mark an order paid.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, the order is left unpaid and you can try again. If you were charged but your order did not confirm immediately, our system re-checks pending payments automatically and confirms them, usually within a minute.

If you believe you have been charged twice, contact us with your order number and we will investigate and refund any duplicate.
