Cancelling an order

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

You can check the current stage of your order at any time on its tracking page. Once an order shows as shipped or out for delivery, it is with the courier and can no longer be cancelled - it would need to be handled as a return instead.

Cancellations by us

Very occasionally we may need to cancel an order, for example if an item turns out to be unavailable or if a payment cannot be verified. If that happens we will tell you and refund you in full.
