How we source
We buy the fragrances we sell through our independent supply partners and list them as supplied to us. We are an independent retailer and are not an authorised dealer, agent or official partner of the brands we stock.
What this means for you
We do not currently publish a formal authenticity guarantee, and we would rather say that plainly than make a promise we cannot yet stand behind. If you receive an item you have any concern about, contact us with your order number and photographs. We will look into it and, where something is wrong, put it right.
Batch codes and packaging
Packaging, batch codes and bottle design change over time and vary between production runs and markets. A difference from a photograph you have seen elsewhere does not by itself indicate a problem, but if you are unsure, ask us.
